Since 2017 the Baldoni family has opened their property to the world. Seven hectares of land in Colferraio near Matelica in the province of Macerata, Marche region, 30 minutes from the Adriatic Sea.

Surrounded by the high hills of the Apennine Mountains at the skirt of San Vicino Mount with an outstanding view of the Esino Valley, Casa Baldoni offers two independent restored houses with a large grassed garden, private pool, BBQ area and volleyball court.

Each house can accommodate up to six guests—up to twelve in total. Only one group can rent at a time, ensuring complete privacy and peace.
